The customer service is phenomenal at Choice. Michelle and Ken helped me in a pinch this weekend! After leaving a panicked last min order on Michelle’s cell phone, she texted me back as soon as she stepped off a plane in CA and said they would take care it! I deal with many vendors and the reps at Choice Linens are always friendly and helpful.

My business has been working with Choice for 11 years and all of them have been wonderful. We wouldn’t even consider working with another linen company. Their variety of inventory is extensive which makes our clients very happy. Their drivers and sales staff are very friendly and thorough. Anytime there has been an error they have been extremely quick to go out of their way to fix it. They honor their commitments and care about their clients.
