I had an order that was unfortunately incorrect, shipped to me. After contacting them about the problem, an employee contacted me with an apology and a quick resolution. We also discussed the application to determine the best choice of product. This kind of customer service/relations is why I have used their quality products for some time now. It makes the recent 3 hours I spent on the phone with at&t Uverse support seem like a third world experience… which in a way it was. Kudos to Mr. ShrinkWrap staff !
