My wife and I had heard this was a great place so decided to try it out. It was empty so that worried us, and we did not think it was even open but after a few minutes someone came to seat us. The service was fine but the food was just So So. My wife had the breakfast burrito and she said it was about in par with the local DQ in size and taste, but for the 8 price disappointing. I had the lox and bagel plate we watched one of the employees walk to Kroger to but the ingredients, this was a huge overpriced disappointment. Little serving of lox and a small frozen bagel for 14 Outrageous! This place is not recommended with so many great places to have a good breakfast avoid this and drive a few miles.

The Breakfast Club. Excellent eggs Benedict, hash browns good. One of the only places in Louisville you will find good grits. The menu goes on, everything is good, and the owners care about what they are serving. Where is the last place you ate and really believed the proprietors cared? This is it. Plus don’t worry about the signage, it is The Breakfast Club, a place where people meet to eat the best food, if you need a giant sign go to McDonald’s, they have a giant sign

Fabulous breakfast. I had an omelet made to order which was one of the best I’ve had in a long time. Our waiter, Lane, was friendly and attentive. I will definitely be back soon. Thanks for a great experience.

First off, this new breakfast spot is located in the dining room side of a sushi place, Hanabi Sushi. It is hard to find since there is no real signage of it’s own. i went the first time with my girlfriend and ordered Scotty’s omelette with bacon and a side of biscuits and gravy. I also had their coffee. I have to say I am a fan of real cream for my coffee in the mornings and they had some whole milk(but no alternative choices like soy or almond for those of you that are dairy free). My omelette was good and so were my biscuits and gravy. It didn’t rock my world thus the 4 stars and not 5. The waitress was nice. I would go back again to try the pancakes or one of the skillets.

Chef Alister has always known what he’s doing when it comes to food. He’s been cooking up the best food in Prospect for as long as I can remember and it’s hard for me to contain my excitement about his newest brunch spot, the Prospect Breakfast Club. Things here are just getting started up but it’s not hard to tell that it is going to be the go-to brunch spot in Prospect. I had the hope skillet which had a great variety of seasonal and local veggies. You can taste the freshness of the veggies and the potatoes were perfectly cooked. The dish came in a nice cast iron skillet platter which I really appreciated because it was hot out of the oven. Also, the dish came with an amazing cinnamon streusel muffin that was baked fresh that morning. The coffee was great too and we never had an empty cup with such great service. What I like most about this place is that they’re not trying to show off or get too fancy. They’re simply making you feel comfortable as if one could sit there all morning reading a book or the paper and still get their coffee refilled. The menu has a wonderful variety of choices and the chef seemed very willing to cater to any special requests for an order. My point is that you won’t be let down by giving this place a visit. Prospect Breakfast Club has become one of my go-to breakfast spots not only in Prospect but in all of Louisville. You can expect fantastic service and you won’t be disappointed by the food. I’m excited to see what the future holds for this new gem once it becomes more well known in Prospect and Louisville. Give this place a try and you won’t be disappointed!

I usually don’t get the chance to indulge in the pleasure that is breakfast, but when I was leaving Krogers this place caught my eye. There isn’t very much signage, except a paper sign on the door that just reads«breakfast». But don’t let the lack of signage fool you, this place is the real deal. The service was wonderful, and the food was amazing. I really don’t know what else I can say, you just have to experience it yourself too see. I will definetly be back, and can’t wait to try the rest of thier menu.

Nice little place in Prospect. Difficult to find due to lack of a easily visible sign. Beignets are very good! I had the Jennifer’s classic skillet. It was good but I tried the breakfast burrito and the breakfast panini and they were both excellent. Good service. Not busy at all. I hope more people discover this place, but not too many so I don’t have to wait!

This restaurant uses the Hanabi restaurant for breakfast and lunch. Very good food. The biscuits and gravy are great. We’ve been here twice and have had great food both times.
