I love Vision Associates, Dr Gelinas is great and all the staff make you feel as comfortable as possible while having your eyes dilated and air puffed into them. I stop by all the time to have my glasses adjusted and cleaned, and Amy is always sweet and glad to help out.

The Drs are great here, but the technicians and women at the front desk are always so slow. Why open at 8:30 if you don’t take anyone until 9. I was there on Monday and there was 5 people standing and talking for 30 minutes behind the counter. Doing nothing but making coffe and talking. Why did I need to be there at 8:30. The man next to me said the same thing. He is thinking of changing offices as well. It’s like this everytime I have an appointment. Then when my appointment is over I can’t just go to the front desk– even though none of the 3 woman were helping anyone. I have to go back to the waiting area to ‘wait to be called’. So unnecessary.

My recent experience with vision associates was wonderful. I especially appreciated the thorough and professional approach of the technician who handled all the pre-​work and testing prior to my actual interaction with the optometrist. My biggest regret is that I failed to remember his name! However, he was the young man working at the front desk. All of my contacts with the team members were positive!

I have been seeing Dr. Kline for my eye care and glasses needs for many years. He has all the state-​of-​the-​art instruments to ensure I receive the superior examinations and healthy vision programs. I particularly like the instrument that examines retinas without using dilator drops. Dr. Kline is very knowledgeable and personable. I highly recommend him to anyone who desires the very best care available.

Dr. Kline and his staff are very professional, warm and welcoming. The office is beautiful and very up to date with the latest equipment! I felt very well taken care of and comfortable with the entire process. The eye exams are always very thorough and Dr. Kline always takes time to answer my questions and I have never felt rushed and have never had to wait a long time to be seen. I highly recommend Vision Associates for the best and most complete eye care anyone can ask for!
