Completely rude! Every time I began to speak I was cut off in an obnoxious manner! I would not recommend doing business with them!

Is there a negative 5 stars? I wouldn’t do business if this were the only repair place around. They’ve been late 3 out of 3 times, the third time almost an hour late. I’ve always called them to find out where they were. Linda is HORRIBLE — she’s the one answering the phone when you call to find out where they are — horrible customer service — talks over you, condescending, rude! Today, after coming an hour late, the repair guy’s impact drill burned up and they can’t reschedule me for the rest of today or tomorrow. For all of you with kids, you tell me how many loads of laundry do you go through in a week??? I’m STILL w/o a dryer. The repairman called Mr. Callahan of Callahan’s and he said he wouldn’t do any more repairs if I filed any complaints. REALLY? Not even an attempt to rectify the situation or show any sort of customer service. And Mr. Callahan, don’t even bother responding to this review of your horrible company. You had an opportunity to offer a positive solution to my issue and you chose not too.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience… Ron from Callahans went above and beyond the call of duty! Not only did he fix my washing machine promptly, but he helped explain some of the idiosyncrasies with the Samsung front loading washer. He new so much about the machine, I was sold on my purchase all over again. I will definitely be calling him back if/when I have an issue with any of my appliances.

I wish I had read these reviews first. I have a Samsung refrigerator with water issues. The first guy that came out knew by looking at the refrigerator that the $ 300 motherboard was bad. I told them I didn’t think so and I would not pay if it didn’t fix it, it didn’t. They replaced the pump, that didn’t fix it. They then replaced the water tank and the heater for the water tank. They did not charge for the parts not needed but did way overcharge for the parts that I paid for.

If it was possible to give zero stars I would. I contacted Callahan’s in early summer to repair a clicking stove. It’s now October, we received a bill for $ 275 plus tax, the stove STILL clicks and every time we call to get a status check on when it will be fixed, Callahan’s says they’re «still waiting for the part.» Don’t expect to ever speak with Ron, the only Long Island repairman for Callahan’s. Instead, your call is directed to an ill-equipped office staff at Callahan’s other office in Dallas, Texas. Really? Dallas, Texas? It took me 3 months to find out that the multitude of calls I’d placed we’re being answered in Dallas, Texas. Worst appliance repair company I’ve ever dealt with. Save yourself the misery and don’t get started with them in the first place.
