This gym is exactly what I needed! I never liked weights but in just a month, I learned that weight training is more than just weights! It’s form, efficiency and commitment! The Cell has classes, trainers that put their heart into every minute of your session, and lots of encouragement… LOTS! Best investment I’ve made this year!

I just re-upped my membership here, because I canceled it after NEVER having time to go. Now that bikini season is upon us, I’m back! I totally L O V E this gym and all of the people here. It seems like everyone who works out here is ultra fit, which motivates me! Since I do weight training at another gym, I started doing classes here; I thought I’d review ‘em! I HIGHLY recommend Kristi’s Zumba class — I’ve always been a Zumba fan, but her music/dances are way more fun – and challenging – than any class I’ve ever done. She also does a Rhythm Sculpt class that is sure to be my newest obsession. More awesome music with weights/resistance training! Kristi’s energy is positive and upbeat, so it’s easy to enjoy her classes! I’ve also tried(though I didn’t get to finish) Natalie’s Insanity class! WOW, talk about freaking hard! I had to leave this class early, but I will definitely be making this part of my weekly routine. I just hope it gets easier, it sure kicked my butt! Not to be weird, but Natalie looks how I WISHED I looked, so I’m hoping her classes will help! haha :) Michelle’s Power Yoga class is what I tried today. WOW, Yoga is harrrrd. I’ve tried Yoga before and was never impressed, but this time it was more along the lines of what I’ve always thought it was supposed to be. I can’t wait to do it again! The only other people I’ve met here are the owner, Marcellis(not sure how it’s spelled) and Chandra. Both of them are incredibly nice! I also plan on trying Chandra’s classes, so that’s next on my list! All in all, I really love the Cell and am happy I signed back up! This time I plan on staying good on my commitment to at least go 3 – 4 times a week in addition to my regular weight training elsewhere!
