Quick, tasty, and a good time. The staff is very nice and if you don’t finish your food, you can feed the turtles. I had the chicken tenders I am from the north and didn’t like the breading that much. Service is good and a beautiful view

We went after falling in love with the restaurant before the renovation. We had heard great things about the restaurant after the renovation and were told it was like a «Zorbas» on the lake! Both my husband and I ordered the gyro and it came to us with very little flavor that was overpowered by onions(and I love onions, but it was still too much). It came with a side of fries, which unfortunately were cold and fresh out of the freezer section. We also ordered the fried dill pickles which were AWESOME before the renovation, but arrived at our table with ranch dressing that was so watered down that it literally dripped off of the pickles and fried pickles that were covered in what seemed like an entire container of salt. They were even out of oranges to go with blue moon(this was a big game day and was early in the day!) This used to be our favorite spot to go, but unfortunately not anymore.

Buffalo Creek Grill was closed for all of 2013 and boy were we bummed about that. It is the closest eatery by lake to our house, and we had enjoyed going there in previous years. So when the news hit that they were re-opening in 2014, we jumped for joy. We checked them out over Memorial Day weekend and had a great time. I swear they did something to lighten up that dark interior, so it is more pleasant eating inside. Now if they would just bring back some umbrellas for the outside tables! We tried some wings and fried mushrooms. Both were plenty good. The trio they had that night was rockin’ it. Thrilled they are back in business. We will be regulars again.

We ate at Big Jim’s the new restaurant at buffalo creek and it was great! I had the pork chop and my husband had an amazing steak! Salads came with the main course and the hot bacon dressing was wonderful. Also get the desserts. They are delicious.

Great burgers and wings. A small bar restaurant on lake Murray. A neat little place.
