I have used Elite for several years and agree, Nick is just the best! Best pricing, takes his time, and does a fantastic job. Very thorough and my carpets look amazing because of this. Professional and courteous. Highly recommend!

Timely, courteous service — exactly the opposite of what the other Unilocaler experienced. The owner did a great job and was accurate in his estimate. I had no prior experience with this or any other company here in the tri cities and appreciated that this company uses eco-​friendly, kid and pet safe materials that won’t poison you later when you inevitably drop a cracker on your clean floor.

Nick is the best. His prices are very reasonable and he gets the carpet much cleaner than the other competitors. Also the carpet stays cleaner and fresher for months. The company I used are higher priced and it seemed as if the stains return as soon as the carpet was dry. Elite Carpet Care gets the stains out so there is no return… I highly recommend Elite Carpet Care.

DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!!! I had a 5 pm appointment and they showed up at 9pm. Can you imagine! The owner has an attitude and they do a poor job. There are a lot better carpet cleaners out there that are on time, do a quality job, and don’t have an attitude. Mean unhappy people!!!
