Dr. Mehta has left for Worcester Medical Center. She was fantastic but now that she left, I was seen by Dr. Godley who, judging from the ire of all patients in the waiting room, chronically runs late. When I was finally seen, he was much less interested in my acute issue and wanted to talk about headaches, which I was not seeking treatment for, nor in need of management. Before he could be bothered to look at my acute infection, a nurse came in and stated his next patient ‘had to leave’ so he hurriedly looked in my infected ear, not the other ear, and left without addressing any of my concerns. I am seeking a new practice.

Dr. Nadeau was late and very rushed. I have had a sinus infection and headaches for months now, but when he used the scope he said he couldn’t see anything and wanted to schedule a CT to see if there was an infection he was missing. No medication, so I’m back at home with an inflamed sinus and a headache. My impression was that he was not interested in treating me and more interested in scheduling a no doubt lucrative in-​office CT Scan. Really disappointed.

Since my last review, I’ve been on a strict weekly treatment plan which essentially means, practically pullin’ up a cot and sleeping in the waiting room.
…and more credit is certainly due. Each and every Friday morning, I’m greeted by name with nothing but cheerful attitudes, pleasant conversation and yup, even hugs for the holidays. Regardless of the whether the waiting room is packing or I’m chillin’ solo, I have never had to wait more than 3 minutes before promptly being taken in. As lame and doubt-​able as this sounds, I actually look forward to coming here for treatment: when I was going through a serious funk last month, I couldn’t help but leave Alliance with a smile, every time.
My original review pertaining to the progression of diagnosis still holds true, but I felt it entirely necessary to make known what a pleasure it’s been so far dealing with Alliance.
