The only reason Ambassador Providence is getting two stars is because of the my specific unit, which is full of light, spacious and well-​located. The management of Ambassador Providence is unreliable at best. Landlord and property manager take weeks to attend to even minor repairs. Maintanence is spotty (whoever sweeps the hall comes every other never) and the building is old and in need of more substantial repairs, which have yet to be attended to. Don’t rent from these guys unless you can fix a lot of things yourself.
