I found Cat after a lot of research. I have specific issues I need to address and Cat has the tools to help me. She is extremely knowledgeable, a master at her trade. She spent the time to talk to me and really learn about me and what my needs are. She is a whole body practitioner, so much more than simply a massage. She also provides specialized gentle massage for seniors. Wondering what to get Mom or Dad that have everything? Give them the gift of health and relaxation. She is located in a beautiful, peaceful and calming environment.

I have been getting 1.25 hour massages from Cathryn for many years now. She is so much a part of my life that I’ve lost track of how long I’ve been going to her! Cathryn is kind, knowledgeable, talented, and a good person. She knows an amazing amount about the human body and communicates it both in words and also in how she works with my muscles, tendons, and so on. Miracle hands! While I have a couple of specific issues, including arthritic knees, the main benefits I get from her massages are an overall boost to my immune system, improved mood, and renewed clarity of mind. My life goes better — and I feel better — when I’m seeing Cathryn regularly.

Considering my 16 years of experience with Cathryn, I don’t think you can get better treatment for issues that can be addressed through deep tissue muscular therapy. She is so well trained and so conscientious that she can home in on a problem with precision, completeness and, importantly, collaboration. And she will occasionally suggest exercises that may be warranted; several of hers have been incorporated in my own regimen for many years.

If you want a fabulous massage and helpful advice go to Cat Moskow! Her deep tissue massage is the best! She’s also an extremely caring person and genuinely interested in you and your well being. I sent my son to her because he was struggling with a back problem and she helped him too.

Cat is great for deep tissue massage. She recently opened a practice in Providence, having practiced in Boston for many years. She is attentive, thorough, and spends a lot of time figuring our your needs/preferences. And above all, her deep tissue massage is excellent.
