We can’t say enough wonderful things about the Coldmaster crew. They rescued us when our commercial boiler died in the middle of the winter. They were incredibly professional, knew the technical aspects of the work and how to take care of their customers. The crew works cleanly and required no supervision from us at all. They worked overtime several days in a row to complete the job correctly and get our heat on as soon as possible. Thank you Coldmasters!

We had used them for a while until we realized they were overcharging. They had charged us for more than one item that they never put in. When we inquired we were told that someone would get back to us and never did.
Definitely avoid this company.

After experiencing what I did with a service tech this AM no way I would let them in my home. Safety is NOT a remote priority. Driver did a U turn in the middle of Twin River Road with myself and an Accura in front of me approaching at 45 miles an hour. The Accura stopped within 8 feet of T boning the van (TR#139). The driver then had to back up and block the oncoming lane as well. All because he missed the turn for the street he needed. Wouldn’t you let the cars pass and then do this, especially since it was a straight stretch of road and you could see any oncoming traffic??? No way they be allowed to work in my home with this blatant disregard for safety, what else do they not care about in the performance of their jobs???
