Countertop Connection

I recently found this review and wanted to offer my experience with The Countertop Connection. My husband and I renovated our kitchen in the spring of 2008 and after looking at countless options for countertop material at all the «big box» stores, finally decided on Silestone in a dark charcoal which we loved. What we didn’t love, however, was the over $ 80.00 a sq. ft. price tag, as well as the potential for negative experiences that many report after dealing with installers from the «big box» stores. Although I no longer remember how we heard about Gloria and Jack, I can’t express enough how pleased we were with the entire experience — Gloria was knowledgeable and professional; everything was on time, high quality, and beautifully installed — the whole package, so to speak. And on top of everything else, their prices were fantastic — far less than any other quote we received. The one thing we opted not to do at that time was order a backsplash (thinking we would do something different later on, but here we are, going on 6 years later and…), so we will be calling The Countertop Connection again — without hesitation —, most-​likely in the near future, to have them complete our kitchen. Our experience was a great one!
