Warning this place is danger !
I would never recommend this place to anyone not even sewage rats. This place is absolutely obnoxiously horrible.
Not sure how many employees were on while I was walking around but I saw only 2 employees who couldn’t seem to shut up when talking to each other. Paying no attention to customers or even people ready to being rung up.
The store was overall clean and I found everything I needed, they do have a good amount of stock can’t complain about that.
Now we all know customer service is everything right well let me tell you about my experience. The lady who rang me up Christina was an absolute jack ass, me and my fiancé are at the register the ONLY one open and putting the items on the belt and as she’s continuing her conversation with her coworker she walks over to the register and says to me are you done. I looked at her like she was NUTS ! What kind of service is that «am I done». So on top of that she bags my stuff up puts it aside and walks away and continues to go talk to her co worker. These 2 should be fired I couldn’t believe it and I will never in my life EVER come back to this location even if I I was in dying need of something .
Corporate needs to get involved and get better employees.

I am BEYOND furious with your Providence location. I called this location two weeks ago in regards to placing an order for several dozen balloons. The woman that I spoke to told me that she didn’t have that many of the balloons I wanted at that time and that I should call back the following Tuesday when they received their truck. That is fine — totally understandable. This is why I was inquiring about the order in advance, to make sure you had the correct amount of stock. I called back today and spoke with the same woman and she was EXTREMELY rude to me! I told her that I was calling about placing a balloon order… and before I could finish what I was saying… she cut me off and said «Yeah! You gotta come in for that!» So as I continued to try to explain to her that I had spoken to her before… she put the receiver down and started talking to some other employee about «yeah we don’t really have balloons anymore do we?» At that point, I told her «Thank you, but I will take my business elsewhere!» She exclaimed «Okay. Fine. Bye.» and hung up. I have placed an order for balloons here EVERY year for the past 4 years for the same event and I will NEVER give you my business again — I refuse to be treated that way! When I called back to get the associates name, the associates were passing the phone back and forth and kept asking me why I was calling — I repeated that I wanted the name of who I spoke to. The girl finally said «Her name was Heidi» and then before hanging up the phone said to someone «I didn’t know what to say so I just said ‘Heidi’» and then began to laugh. I am very unhappy!
