Greyhound Bus Lines

How has this company stayed in business for so long? I’ve never left a station on time. I’ve never encountered a cordial member of their staff. I’ve never had a pleasant experience. Currently running thirty minutes late and counting. If we leave the station in less than an hour I will be shocked.

Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever received from a bus line, and I’ve ridden on my share of cheap Megabus/​Chinatown rides as well as buses in 3^rd world countries. Bought a ticket for a particular date and time; the timing was tight, but I would just have made it… if Greyhound hadn’t oversold by 30 people! The bus driver didn’t let us know only 5 of the 35 or so people in line would be making it on the bus, and let us freeze in the New England station until past time to leave before letting 5 people on and offering no explanation or alternative to the 30 – 35 people stranded at the station with no other bus coming for hours. Greyhound is a sham, completely unreliable, and a huge waste of money. Just wish there were more options in NE.
