This is by far one of my favorite stores… however I’m finding that I can’t really shop here most of the year given that they are beach style wear! I did, however, find a nice jacket here that was 50% off which means it was only moderately expensive! I used to wear these clothes all the time, but I’m beginning to realize maybe I’m a little too old for the clothes haha. Pants and anything I throw over my clothes still A-OK. Clothes here are certainly better than some other place out there(this isn’t the time for a bashing review!). They are located on the top floor of the Providence Place Mall on the same level as the movie theater so you can eat at the food court, do some shopping and then watch Gravity on 3D Imax!(It gets cold in there!)

First off, Im not a fan of this overpriced store to begin with so imagine my demeanor when I had to go in to exchange a sweatshirt size after the holidays. The lines were outrageously long and the store looked very understaffed. It took me some time to find the sweatshirt I had to exchange in the store and no one said two words to me the whole time. Being after the holidays, the color I was given in this sweatshirt was not available in the size I needed so like anyone who has worked retail, I made sure to pick out the same priced sweatshirt in the size needed(seriously.it was only a different color). I waited in line for about 20 minutes only to be greeted by an 18 year old bimbo at the desk. She told me that without a reciept, I owed the difference between the sweatshirts because there was no way of knowing what was originally paid for the one I was exchanging. How does that make sense? That’s right. it doesnt. Both sweatshirts were the currently the same selling price yet she wanted me to fork over an extra $ 30 because I didnt have a receipt. The manager did not step in even though everyone could see my frustration. The bimbo behind the desk offered me a «coupon» to help with the difference. Needless to say, I will NEVER deal with this location again and hopefully never have to deal with shopping at the store in general. There are plenty of intelligent people that would love to be employed, perhaps Hollister should be made aware.
