Hope Returns has a wide selection of children’s clothes, shoes and gear. It’s all in excellent condition as the shop owners have very high standards for their items. On a recent visit, I was able to sell back several winter buntings and jackets and a few pairs of shoes. I was happily surprised at the generous payout for my items and will certainly be back again soon. The shop owners are pleasant and make the consigning process easy. For anyone interested in consigning, sign up for their emails and they will send instructions on what items can be brought and when.

Great concept, great prices, great location. A neat, tidy, well-lit and adorable consignment shop full of kids stuff? Wonderful. It makes me wonder why there aren’t more of these! I have a very active 2-year-old niece who grows like a weed and spills on/stains absolutely everything she’s wearing. When my sister and I walked into this place, I thought she might cry — practically perfect Tea leggings for $ 7? A plethora of gently used jeans for a fraction of the retail cost? While we perused the racks, my niece was totally engaged with all the toys displayed around the shop — a very clever way to make a sale, I must say. In addition to toys and clothing, they also have strollers, carriers, reusable diapers, dishes and just about anything else a new parent could need for their growing child. The shopkeeper was very sweet and didn’t seem phased by my niece bouncing between toy abuse and a near-tantrum. It’s a great shop, and definitely a place I’ll be frequenting in the future.

I love this store. I have a really hard time buying cheaply made«disposable» cloths. I always find AWESOME stuff here, and I get to feel good about myself by shopping local, supporting independent business, and not contributing to a disposable society. I got my daughter’s whole winter wardrobe here… Snow pants(LLBean), Snow Boots(Kamik), Winter coat(Gymboree), Christmas Dress(Hanna Anderson with tags on for $ 20! Beat that!). They have such interesting inventory too… not stuff you are going to find at Target or Old Navy. To top it off, everyone there is so pleasant and welcoming. You want to keep going back! I can’t wait for spring!!!

Great resale shop for kids clothing and accessories. Everything they have is good quality and I appreciate that they don’t try to cram the store full with worthless stuff. By focusing only on the best resale pieces, I know that everything there is worth looking at. They also offer a discount to Foster Parents(a group desperately deserving of some credit somewhere)

They seem to be very nice people. Quality clothing and other goods. They also seem to pay good prices for used stuff. All in all I would suggest it to the specific population that consists of new mothers looking for good quality stuff without paying retail.

I am, what you would call, a bargain shopper. I love me a deal. This place does not have deals. I participate in a twice yearly consignment sale that is far better than this store. I was shocked when I saw a toddler girl’s dress from Old Navy selling for $ 10. I could buy it on sale new at ON for $ 6. I know there is more overhead to own a store, but I walked out without buying anything… which is rare for me!
