Truth be told, I often feel awkward at mosques. My family and I had to stop at this Islamic Center/mosque, as we needed to pray during our day trip to Rhode Island. Because we stopped in on a Sunday, this place was hopping with children for Sunday school. This mosque has a large education area in the basement of the mosque. The general prayer area is large, and the main entrance will take you right to it. I had to ask around for the sister prayer area. It is easiest to access via the side door, and taking the stairs up to the left. The sister area is also large and has very clean bathrooms and a nice wudhu area. Overall, it’s a good mosque — one of the better ones I’ve been to in the Northeast.
