In response to the owners reply to my review:
There was NEVER an exterminator sent. I was told that we were to take care of it ourselves. I am actually fairly sure I can find the email stating so. That is simply untrue. The repair man came once. The washer and dryer were never repaired. The «credit» for not having heat was for two days, and we were left an entire winter without a functioning heater and made to use dangerous and yes (I looked up the Rhode Island state laws), illegal electric heaters as a main heat source. I was treated incredibly rudely by staff, and our reasonable needs for a functioning apartment were ignored. If that is your idea of exemplary service then so be it, perhaps I just high standards (the desire for a polite staff, rodent free home, working heat and hot water, and not having a roof collapse in on me that then, was not fixed for a week), but I find them reasonable, so we will have to agree to disagree.
