The first time I went to see Dr. Jean Smith, they messed up my medical records with someone else’s and gave me results for a test I didn’t take. Dr. Jean spent her office time with me leaning how to use her cell phone to text her son. The ladies in her office are incompetent and immature. They lie and hang up on you when you call and refuse to be any help at all. I can’t believe I ever went to this place at all — avoid at all costs!

Dr Smith makes me feel better when I’m sick. She also happens to be a very nice lady, and she’s always quick to evaluate my symptoms and diagnose, treat and send me on my way.
Another thing I love about her: she runs a really tight ship, and keeps appointments open so regular patients can usually call for day-of appointments or be seen within 24-hours, which is awesome. She won’t give you a prescription unless you really need it, either. She’s careful with over-prescribing, which is kind of unusual in this day and age.
All in all, I highly recommend Dr Smith.
