Sureflow Rooter Service And Drain Cleaning

Luckiest call we ever made was to Brian at Sureflow. He and Mike immediately diagnosed our clogged sewer lateral as a break — more important, a break that had been caused by a major utility company and its subcontractor. Brian helped us as we worked through the claims process, answered or returned all of our texts and calls, and most important, stood by his work. And guess what? His analysis was absolutely right, and in the end, the subcontractor had to admit that they had broken our line. We can’t say enough about Brian’s technical skill, professionalism, and integrity. We would have been clueless without Brian’s help, and most likely been on the hook for thousands in someone else’s hands. We will always be grateful we called Sureflow first!

Great company — came out on a Sunday without an emergency fee –can u believe it? They also charged me 70 dollars less than the previous company I had dealt with. Sure flow also gave me instructions on how to deal with the situation so down the road it wouldn’t cost me thousands. Had a slow draining kitchen sink and Brian from Sureflow came and took care of the issue within hours of calling their office.
Very professional and explained the cause of the issue to me and cleared up the clogged drain line.
I will keep Sureflow contact information on file and call them again without hesitation in the future when I need work done again.

20 min. after I called, Brian was here, and 10 min after that my toilet drain was cleared. The only money and time I wasted today was for the $ 10 rooter and the 20 min trip to Lowe’s. I learned my lesson. I’ll be calling Brian first from now on.

THANK YOU! We had a clog that liquid plumber wouldn’t solve, and so we were stuck calling a company that is open ²⁴⁄₇ since it was already late in the evening.

After realizing that the ²⁴⁄₇ company that serves the area also had wildly varying charges, I looked for a local place that had good reviews and was open late.
Sureflow only had two reviews, but figuring it was local and both reviews were good, I decided to go with them. I also bought the voucher once it was confirmed someone was able to come that late at night.
Luckily for us, it was a simple one-​pipe clog type of issue, nothing too complicated. The plumber who came was professional and nice. I got the impression it’s a family business too, so you’re working with a group of people who can all vouch for each other.
If you get the voucher, make sure to mention it once you confirm the appointment– it’s prepaid, but not everyone that works there may be familiar with the deal.

First review on anything here. My basement sink was overflowing with water. In my panic, I called roto rooter. They came and told me I had roots in my sewer drain. The roto rooter guy told me «I hope you have money saved up». Estimate 6 – 7 grand to repair. Needless to say, I was disheartened.
Called Brian up just to get a second opinion. He came right out and couldn’t of been a nicer guy. He went in and cleaned out the roots. Cost was half as much as roto rooter visit, and I’ve now got a working sewage line. Couldn’t be happier! I’m new to the area and will recommend and use these guys forever. Would give 10 stars if it let me. Thanks again!!!

Have had a drain problem for months. Called a local plumber. He came out, plunged it (hello! I can do that– but he did the double plunger thing, which to me is like patting my head, rubbing my belly — can’t be done) and told me to call a drain company, then charged me $ 125. It cleared the clog for 3 weeks. Then it was back again. After not being sure if I was taking a shower or a bath (at least my feet got a soaking), and trying to plunge it myself and using drano (which I know now is not worth it), I called Sureflow. They were out here in less than an hour and snaked it a few times, then he used an air device twice to make sure it was clear. IT WAS. I refuse to cut my hair, so I will have his number on speed dial, I’m sure. He charged me what he promised me on the phone and gave me a 4 month warranty. Brian was very nice and explained everything he was doing. Don’t call those expensive roto places. Seriously, I’m cheap, and this was a good deal. I’m still kicking myself for calling that plumber. I thought I would have to spend an arm and a leg, and I should have called Sureflow first.

PLUMBING
We had a clog in our line somewhere between the house and the street. Brian (Wood) was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. The line was clear within the hour.
Don’t spend twice as much with the Big Plumbing/​Roto Rooter Companies… Call Sureflow.
