Worst Customer Service ever… all they care about is money and not satisfying the customer. The late fucked up my eyebrows, she waxed a chunk of my eyebrows off making it off and uneven. I complained and she said that’s how it suppose to go. Never have I had my eyebrows done by them and never will again. I rather go and get it done at the mall with the thread. The owner is also rude and obnoxious.

Terrible experience ever, ended up driving to the East Side to correct Nail Technician mistakes. This nail salon needs new management and employees #Disappointed

Would not recommend. Nail tech was very distracted (often looking away while filing and buffing). Vigorous private conversations among staff. Acrylic wayyyyy to thick despite requests to keep thin. One corner of acrylic chipped. Roughly removed nail with what looked like a knife or mail opener…

This is the worst place. They lied to me saying that they have gel colors. They used regular polish on me and only used a top gel coat. I had a botched up manicure. I was bleeding. The guy never offered to put any antiseptic for the cuts he made. He drilled my fingers many times over and over. My polish is terrible. My pedicure was okay. I was rushed out by a girl so I put on my sandals with my toe polish still wet. I smudged it. I told them to repaint it. They started bitching in Vietnamese. They continued their bitching. They only apologized when I started speaking Vietnamese to them. Though I hate the service and would never return, I did tip them. My total for a full set, pedicure and supposedly gel polish is 65. No worth it. Avoid at all cost.
