Went here today to see what t-mobile could do to help me out with my motorola cliq, which I’m basically convinced was programmed to malfunction after a year of use. The emotionless sales associate popped the battery out of the phone and put it back in. Thanks genius! Why didn’t I think of that? Oh, wait, I did. Once that didn’t work, she suggested I call customer service to see if the phone was still under warranty. Hey, here’s a bright idea: Why don’t you do that for me??? I find it absolutely astonishing that this person actually went through some sort of formal training and is given a paycheck for being totally useless. Thank God there is an AT&T next door to this place. I went there this morning and changed phones and carriers. The service was outstanding, and comes highly recommended! T-mobile on the other hand, provides absolutely no customer service whatsoever. I am looking forward to dropping my t-mobile phone, along with their phone service, off the highest cliff I can find.
