This is a great place to get your electronics fixed. I have gotten my MacBook Air and iPhone 6 Plus fixed here, and the technicians were very knowledgeable and diligent about their work. I was able to get my iPhone 6 Plus fixed in just 30 minutes because they had the part in stock(although in a different color). Everyone there is super friendly, and their prices are reasonable. I’m going to miss this place when I leave Rhode Island! Justin, the main technician in the Providence location(they have several locations), is an AMAZING man. Because I have Tourette’s and one of my tics is biting my phone, Justin tried to help me in every way he can so that I don’t have to come back and get my shattered screen replaced. He put a piece of foam between my iPhone 6 Plus and my Otterbox Defender case at the top of the phone to cushion the biting. He is truly an honest man who doesn’t just want your money. I could be his best customer because of my Tourette’s — seriously, I used to bite and shatter my screen 2 – 3 times a week — but he tries to help me save money. It doesn’t get more selfless than that. The only concern I have about this place is its accountability. While the technicians are great at what they do, they aren’t so great at keeping in touch with their clients. I’ve asked Justin on many occasions to email me when my phone was fixed or when a part was in stock, and many times he has failed to do so. I had to constantly call him to check the status of my device, which is bothersome. I’m sure that one email saying«Your phone is done» doesn’t take up that much time.
