We just attended an event at the Roger Williams Park Botanical Center and the food truck was there. There were only 2 present – a coffee one and this salad/​juice truck.
There were probably 3 people in front of us in line. We waited about 15 before we could even order. And our order was modest – just two smoothies. We then proceeded to wait for about half an hour until we saw the person who ordered AFTER us getting his smoothie and food. We went up and asked if our smoothies were done and they were done but no one had called our number.
To top it all off, the smoothies were watery and had pineapple pulp but not much flavor.
Disappointed.

Get a smoothie when it is hot out. the salad man & Juice bar came to our BOTC event which is awesome. whats better than getting a cold refreshing smoothie on this super hot day. it was the just the pick me up i needed to get through the rest of the event. i didn’t really check out the rest of the menu they had offered. but i did see that had some tasty looking salads. i would hope so it is the salad man food truck. but anyway a perfect food truck to go during a hot day like today was. i suggest the tropical smoothie with coconut milk. its a little expensive but so worth it.
