Broke my working phone and refused to fix it or stand by a fix I DEFIANTLY should have done myself.
Ruined my phone (yes the ignorant owner did) just needed the glass replaced on my phone. He managed to completely as crotch the digitizer rendering the $ 100 fix useless. I wish I knew how little they cared. He also tried pursuing through all my private info on my phone such as my photos but unknowingly got his picture snapped a few times. When I went in he was listening to a screaming angry Arabic YouTube video. I took it back and he told me I can pay ano their 209 to fix the part under the glass which I have no accesses to. That’s it. DO NOT GO HERE. THESE GUYS ARE AMATURES AT TECHNOLOGY MATURITY AND BUSINESS!!!

Great! I’ve brought my iphone 5S here twice now to fix. Each time they were able to assess the problem and give me a great price as well as a really fast turnover time.

So I broke my iPhone 5s and took it to these guys and they were super sweet. One thing I appreciate is their policy that unless they fix it they won’t charge you a dime. I’ve encountered other places where I still get charged an attempt fee. I stood there for about 20 mins and the guy made conversation with me so the time went by faster. He also explained what he was doing so that I would understand what was going on to my phone. Overall good experience.

This place is amazing i smashed my iphone 6 screen on my way to work. driving down the street i see them and ask if they could fix it for me not only he said no problem. I sat down on the couch and next thing i know he said all set.
