Wendy’s

I mean I come here often doesn’t mean I enjoy the crappy customer service. But I do enjoy the food even though it’s mostly hit or miss. You know those places you enjoy eating so you keep going even though you know you’re going to have a hit or miss experience, well this Wendy’s is my problem.
The location is close to me so it’s my escape when I don’t want to cook. The parking situation is horrible and to get back into the street is ridiculous, worst location to enter and exit wise.
Usually they get my order right but sometimes they also don’t, they like «forgetting» to add stuff but be sure to charge you for it. The workers are usually really nice I haven’t had a problem with any workers, but they need to be a bit more responsible.
I give it 3 stars just because it isn’t totally a bad experience so I want to be fair.

I got FOOD POISIONING from this fabulous restaurant! I Went to this location yesterday ¹⁰⁄₃₀ for a chocolate frosty and French fries. Shortly after I had stomach cramps, pain, nausea and D. Violently ill throughout the night. Wendy’s corporate office you need to check in on these places. This is the second time I acquired food poisoning from a Wendy’s (different locations). I’m done with Wendy’s!

HORRIBLE!!! burger was not cooked enough French fries stone cold, beverage I got was flat– When Called to complain, manager said bring in receipt I was not given a receipt and then manager hung up stating everyone gets a receipt and hung up. Called Wendys Corporate HG and they could care less about what happend. Stay Away

Employees rude to customers. Was handed old burgers and fries. I understand it’s a busy day but watching employees bicker at each other didn’t help improve the experience. Store was also very sticky and unsanitary.

I thought I would review this Wendy’s and hopefully bump up the stars a bit. This Wendy’s the closest fast food place to my house. I really don’t think it is as terrible as everyone says it is.
The service late at night and on the weekends is definitely lacking. That is not to say it is terrible, they are just not exactly super friendly or in a hurry to give you your order. Also, I have been there when they have been out of fries and out of crackers. That does perplex me. They often over cook their potatoes as others have said.
However, let me tell you the good things. They almost always get your order correctly. If they don’t, they are never nasty about fixing it and do not even ask for whatever was wrong back. They are good about asking what kind of sauce, etc. They also have one of the soda machines that has 1,000 combinations if that’s your fancy. The food is never cold. The only time they have screwed up my order it was giving me a different drink which I quickly had fixed.

Worst Wendy’s ever. In the 7 years I’ve lived here I’ve visited it 4 times and every time was worse than the other. Ordered a baked potato with sour cream and received sweet and sour sauce because the employee didn’t speak English. Another time I ordered a baked potato and receive an old dried up, day old potato with 19 spoons. Really? It’s like 10,000 spoons when all you need is a fork! In this case I didn’t even need that, went right in the trash.

This Wendy’s is pretty awful, but it’s right near my house so I put up with it.
The food is typically always good here, but this place is notorious for messing up your order. I usually have good luck (much unlike my poor boyfriend) and they usually screw up my order by giving me too much food, haha! I’m not picky so I’m thankful for the extra food and I stuff my face full.
Your best bet is to check your bag before leaving the counter/​drivethru to make sure your order is right, and to ask for ketchup/​sauce at both the speaker and the window. This place will NEVER ask you if you need ketchup or sauce, you have to ask for it yourself.
Most people that work here are apathetic and sucky, but the lady that usually works the inside counter during the lunch rush is really nice and does her job well. I like to go inside when I go here because the service is typically a bit better, and they have this massive soda machine to play with that has 100’s of different soda flavors.

sometimes i got a really good chicken sandwhich with hot fries. Other times i got a hockey puck with cold potatoes. Such varied quality i gave up wendy’s because i never felt like i would get good food there again

I cant even believe I’m writing a review for a Wendy’s but my experience everytime is so awful that I need to just dish it. I wish I could give this Wendy’s zero stars. Worst service. Ever. Don’t even plan on going inside to order, you’ll LITERALLY be there for at least 30 mins just waiting to be served.

This has got to be one of the worst Wendy’s restaurants in the state. I can’t tell you how many letters my folks have written to these people, and still they have yet to change their ways. Every single time my family orders from there they either a.) forget something we ordered, or b.) screw up an order. It’s pretty amazing if you ask me. The staff is pretty much always clueless, as another reviewer below me has said. They need to hire people that actually know what they’re doing, rather than these young people that do not.
The only reason I get food from there now is because it’s close to my house, and if I’m low on cash, I’ll settle for a dollar menu sandwich. Wendy’s does have good chicken, though, and I’ll give them two stars for that.

I can’t tell you the one time they got an order right. The staff are clueless when listening to a customer, the floors are slippery and greasy. There have been numerous times they are not restocking the covers, straws or refilling the ketchup dispensers.
If they change their ways there, I will change my review.
Their customer base varies. There have been some nice people in there and there have also been some very loud and obnoxious people in there who will curse and yell or talk extremely loud. I usually would just get up and go eat in my car. The staff doesn’t even care.

This place screws up my order almost every time I go there.
