AB Pest Control

Not very professional. They came and sprayed my house without my permission when I wasn’t home and then left me a bill for $ 89. I never approved for them to come, nor did I want them to come and spray.
They call so much, I blocked them on my phone. Terrible communication. Have not responded to me emails or mail.

I had been paying for a regular pest control service from this company for years, but was never thrilled with them. But with the regular service they will return in between treatments at no charge to take care of issues. Only a few days after treatment we started having issues with black widows. I called and they said they were too busy for another week and a half. This is not acceptable to me when I have small children and black widows are involved. I will be looking for a new company that can deliver results when its really important.

No warranty or guarantee on their work
Communicating with the girl who answers the phone and the technicians could try anyone’s patience. It was like we were speaking two different languages. We paid for a single treatment to get rid of bugs, especially ants, in our yard. After a week there was no difference, so I called and they offered to retreat, although she mentioned that they don’t have a warranty on their service so don’t normally retreat.
The technician who came to do the second treatment didn’t even know what he was doing out to do. He had to call back to the office to find out for sure because he didn’t believe me when I said they were treating the yard and not the house. He also said that they never expect the treatment to work in a single go. We’ve tried other, more expensive companies in the past and they always eliminated the problem in a single treatment. The fact that technician said that their treatments don’t do that shows that they are overall going to be more expensive overall than other companies.
Verdict:
I will never have services performed by this company again. I’d rather pay more to have the problem taken care of the first time and to deal with staff who know what is going on.
