I got called into reclean a house that Alpine Window *Washing had been to days prior. First of all, you should steer clear of anybody who calls themselves «Window Washers». It’s Window *Cleaning. Second, I’ve never seen a place treated with such disrespect. High Windows done from the ground with a pole (Time saving effort that reduces the quality dramatically, I don’t care who you are. and just plain lazy!). Hard water looked like it had been attempted to be removed, but was reduced to someone’s initials being carved in with a razor blade (I wish I was lying). And a nice bill for about a 50% inflated price left on the door. Beware home owners, they’re out there!

great service and excellent work with employees who care about your home. I have tried lower price companies before and was always unhappy with the quality of the work and the mess they left behind. NOT so with Alpine. They did a great job and a reasonable price. I have over 50 windows and have leaned that «going on the cheap» does not pay. The price quoted is what I agreed to before the work was done. Very pleased with the service.
To those who complain about pricing… you get what you pay for.

I’m glad I didn’t read the Unilocal reviews before I had Alpine Window Washing come to do my windows! I recently moved into a second story condo whose windows had not been washed in several years. I called Alpine, got an appointment within 2 weeks of my call. The worker was right on time and did an unbelievable job! It looks like there aren’t any windows there! Felix even showed me how to work my windows and remove the screens. Without being asked, he took off his shoes before entering my home. The price quoted me in my initial call was the price I paid. Couldn’t be happier!

Bought a Groupon. They immediately came in and didn’t want to honor the posted price on Groupon. After 25 minutes of haggling the owner finally consented to do the work. They skipped half a dozen windows and several of the others were so streaked that they were worse than before the cleaning.
After complaining that the job was poor, the owner agreed to send someone else out. After a week a new person came back out. Right as he was starting the job he accidentally slid his ladder across the front of my house leaving a long gouge (+10′) in the siding.
I told them to leave and never come back. I have asked for a refund.

Our experience with Alpine Window Washing began when they reluctantly stood by a quote we received from them by email. We scheduled the appointment and waited for their arrival. An hour and a half after the scheduled appointment time, we are still waiting.

They were hired to clean four sets of windows in an empty two bedroom apartment. First, their worker shows up and starts questioning the price quoted. Then he asks where the windows are. Really? He was told that the carpet cleaner was just behind him, so instead of working AHEAD of the carpet cleaner, he WAITS for the carpet cleaner and cleans the windows AFTER the carpet cleaner, walking and dripping on the newly cleaned carpets without a drop cloth. After 2 hours we had to leave him to his work because he still wasn’t finished. When we came back, we saw that he had returned the windows upside-​down. We asked him not to replace the screens because we were afraid they would be damaged. I would not hire these people again.
