Horrible customer service. Had an appointment at 10 called at 10:30 to see where they were and he says oh I got busy I’m leaving in a minute. No phone call. Very defensive when I remind him that this is a rental and I don’t have time to sit around for 45 minutes. Finally gets there, no apologies and very abrupt and rude. Will not use them again.

Staff warmly greeted me out of the rain and advised me how to DIY-​fix my wiggly deadbolt plate with only a few photos as reference. My key copy was made ON THE SPOT for only a couple of bucks and the staff made sure I left with the screws that I needed (two different length sets) for my grumpy deadbolt, free of charge. I’m quite pleased with their services and plan to return.
