They need direct supervision. Installers left garbage in the yard, spilled soda on the deck and were generally slobs. I called someone else in to repair the fence sections I could not get CFC to complete. They do not stand behind their work.

It’s unfortunate to give a poor review, especially when they had so many opportunities to make my customer experience good. I will not refer them to anyone. I commissioned CFC Fences on a $ 6,000 fence job and I hate to say it, but typical contractors. They don’t care about customer service or practical reasoning. On at least 3 days they no call/no showed. When I called David Griner to ask the status of his crew he assured me they would be there the following day(they never showed again)… David refused to give me the managements name when I asked to speak to his boss. When I did speak to his boss, which is the general manager and one of the owners, Scott Ashcraft he didn’t care. Upon getting my invoice, I expressed how unhappy I was with the job NOT getting done in the time they said it would and how it threw every job afterwards off by multiple working days… COSTINGMEMOREMONEY. I proposed a fair solution(5% discount, $ 290 bucks, seems far for not showing up 3 different times) and Scott refused. Complaining about thin margins. I can understand margins and the need to make a profit, but I do not understand in a business and industry that is made up of quality of work, word of mouth, and referrals, that he would not even entertain the idea of making a customer experience a good one. The job took longer and I was billed for items I never received. You’ve been warned., I recommend looking elsewhere.

Would never use them again. Left discarded saw blades all over my yard, did minimal clean up, did not even fill in fence post holes. Not to mention all the broken sprinkler lines.
