Staff was rude, unhelpful and the crazy haired sales woman(literally she had crazy hair) tried to sell me a defective item for full price after I pointed out that it was broken. I asked if they had another and she offered to super glue the defective item(necklace) and then still insisted on paying full price?!? My sister and I went to Cherry Lane looking for a gift and were disappointed to say the least. Buyer beware.

My wife and daughters went here twice this week and were treated very rudely both times, by the owner. The first time they asked for a price, the owner gave them the price and told them not to come back. Literally. They went back today to get a scarf for a present and were ignored and, quite literally snubbed. Evidently they weren’t dressed up to the owner’s standard. They have nice, but expensive, stuff, but customer service is worse than Walmart. We’ll not return.

Cheery Lane has a great selection of items. Some of the cutest jewelry, scarfs, and unique gifts. It is one of my go to places when I want to find a gift for a baby or a friend.

I have ordered from Cherry Lane twice now and have been disappointed both times. They are out of stock on an item and it takes months to get my order. I am told it will be another month then I receive another email saying it will be another month. I placed an order at the beginning of May and just got an email my order will not be shipped until October! That’s if I don’t get another email in October saying it’s delayed again. I would rather pay a bit more and get my order in a timely manner than deal with the headaches from Cherry Lane.
