This location is a ghost town. The departments are sparsely staffed or not staffed at all. The customer service is terrible among the few employees that you can locate.

Worst customer service ever. Was given s gift from my grandmother and called on to ask about Exchange policy was told that the item I had could be exchanged so I drove 30 miles to do the exchange and I get to the store and they basically told me I’m out of luck and unwilling to do any type of exchange or help me. talked to the manager was also very rude needless to say I will not be returning to this Dillards again where no one wants to help you as a customer whatsoever

I order most of my clothes online but its nice to have a solid place to buy in person. This Dillards is that for me. I’m a fan of their men’s department. They carry some great brands that keep me coming back (Kenneth Cole Reaction, Neff, Hurley, Fox etc). My only wish is that they would carry more skinny ties instead of the wide style.

I haven’t been to Dillard’s for a while. I used to come here pretty regularly. Between the Polo section and some other clothing brands, along with the often good pricing, it would bring me back.
These days, this Dillards is really showing all the cost cutting and cut backs. It also looks like they’ve move to some of the fake sales. Things seem to have gone downhill.
