Bruce did an amazing job putting new heal liners in my original doc martins. Staff is friendly & hip. I would recommend this shoe repair place to anyone.

I am a huge fan of shoes with tread. I work at Brigham Young University on the grounds crew and my summer boots and winter boots and shoes have had work done on them. i buy the higher quality kind, I see it as an investment. When the soles go out or the loops pull out, I take them here. When I get a hole in a nice pair of shoes, I take it here. They can do everything and it is quality work. If you’re in doubt, take the item in question in! They will tell you how they can resurrect it. For those looking for high quality shoes, they have reliable footwear at very good pricing.

(Only 4 stars because I walked by some very unhelpful salespeople without an offer of anything.) Just went in to drop some birks off to be resoled and was helped by Laura. She was one of the kindest and most helpful employees I’ve dealt with anywhere. She went above and beyond to get us what we needed and at the best price. Definitely a great experience.

Has your dog chewed on your wife’s favorite high heels? Are your shoes too tight and you want them stretched? Do you want an insole so your cowboy boots fit better? Do you want a really cool pair of insoles with a killer arch?(They have a ton of insoles.) Have you ever wondered where you can buy a really comfortable pair of shoes/work boots/etc? Did you know that you can actually have shoes repaired? They can even have custom insoles made for diabetics and tell you how to have your insurance cover it. I’ve heard all of these while I was in the store or went there for that purpose myself. I even watched an old guy hobble in and pull out a holstered gun and ask them to fix his holster — it looked like something out of a western movie. It is amazing to buy shoes from somebody that actually knows something about shoes… I mean, really knows something about shoes and can walk in the back and ask the repair guy. I think the owner is some sort of medically licensed shoe expert(I can’t remember the word they used for it).
