We were there for a soccer game. We’d already been nearly killed by the Chouteau McDonalds on a previous trip to that area, so were wary of the ‘fast food’ route. We passed this Café and the parking lot was full, so decided to UTurn and take a chance. It was VERY good. Food portions were fair, prices right, service very adequate, and the soda machine had the good syrup. I got the Chicken fried steak, beans, and potatoes and enjoyed it. It came with a roll and a simple iceberg salad to start. Just right for a pre-​game meal for dad. My chair did collapse during the game, but it was old.

Breakfast was so-​so. Service was not real good either. Small town diners are supposed to be good. Too bad.
