Really nice people. Love to work with local businesses and owners. Too many corporate dealers in Tulsa.

My daughter found a car on their website and wanted to go look at it. We live about 45 minutes away so I called first to verify that they still had the car. The receptionist seemed less than happy to be answering the phone but got me put through to sales. I asked about the car and the person checked and said yes they had it so we headed that way. Called for directions when we got close and more unpleasantness from the receptionist. Upon arrival we asked for the sales person we spoke to on the phone and it turns out, the car was sold. They were honest about it telling us it had been sold 2 hours prior to our arrival which would be an hour BEFORE we called and verified they still had it. That was the reason I called first! At this point I wasn’t happy but they offered to check inventory for something similar and they found one at a similar price and mileage so we agreed to look at it. It was at their other lot so we looked around while we waited for it to be brought over. While looking I noticed the ‘new’ cars under the front overhang of the building were covered in dust, dirt and bird poo. Who wants to touch a door handle with poo to look at a new car? How long had the bird poo been eating into the paint? It appeared to have been there quite a while. They brought the car we were waiting for and the seats were horribly stained(what was done in that car?) and it reeked of deodorant to try to cover the smoke smell. Looked around and the tire was flat! How about cleaning and checking a car before showing it? The level of detail at this lot appears non-existent. I won’t go back and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else.
