A lot of empty promises. I was never told about a $ 36 per line activation fee until I was ready to sign the contract. Then my representative tells me, «Well, we just got a new manager, and she won’t allow me to reverse any fees, but if you call our customer service number, they will refund at least half, if not all of them for you.» So once I got my bill, I call customer service, and it had to be escalated to a manager, who would call me back within 72 hours. Obviously I never received a phone call, so I went back into the store, and of course there is nothing they can do. Shady service for sure, and all so they can make their commission. I have seen used car salesman with more integrity and honesty. Network and fixed price is better than T-​Mobile for Pueblo in my opinion, but this store is shady. Don’t be naïve like I was.

Guys looked like we disturbed them, then treated us the same way. Nicer when he realized i was renting 2 phones, he took care of it. He said something might be wrong and if it needs to be fixed, come back I will fix it. my first bill was $ 220. My first bill after I asked they fix is 160, I was paying $ 60 at Verizon for one phone 1g data. I am ready to quit this company, I decided to wait on my new fixed bill. Many promises were made, I later find out that you can’t keep the phone you leased even if paid in full. Not what you told us! The order was not done tight and you KNEW it! Bc of you I ended up having to pay verizon for breaking contract 3 days earlier. I will NEVER return to this store.

A pretty awful customer service experience every time I go in there. It doesn’t matter how polite I am they always seem bothered to deal with a customer. The manager, Raymon Ayala could have helped me better with my issues. I felt that he was not concerned with my satisfaction. I actually had to contact a district sprint representative to resolve my issues. Overall I have never been impressed with the store. It feels like a trip to hell every time.
