It’s a great place to go to if your willing to for a great cause and a few bucks. I would give it a 5 star but there front staff are so unwelcoming and just a hassle to deal with. The staff in the back as well as the nurses are awesome and make you feel real comfortable and are always checking on your condition. Overall a great place to go to but remember your first visit is long and can range from 4+ hours but it’s worth it.

Before I visited, I called them and asked what all I needed to bring on my visit. I was told just an id and social security card. I let them know that I had just moved here from out of state and they said again, that was all that I needed. On my first visit, my fiancée and I waited for close to 30 minutes for them to even begin on our new donor files. Once I have the woman my address, she then pulled me to the back and told me that it was not an acceptable address, and that I needed proof of residence. I told her. that she might want to stop my fiancees file progress because she had the same issue. She said«ok» but never did. I went up to my fiancée and stopped the process. She called me an hour later and told me sorry, that she had not made copies of my id and social security card. She said that if I could come back in that she would go ahead and give me $ 20 on a card for my trouble(which she surprisingly did) and a buddy referral card for my fiancée so that when she donated I would get an extra $ 50. We ce back a few days later with our proof of residency and we’re told that since we never actually donated the last time we we’re there, that they had to create entirely new files for us. We went ahead through that process(after waiting an hour), were told that they would not honor the $ 50 buddy referal, then waited 45 more minutes to see the physician. Immediately once being called back to see the physician, we were told that it needed to be a year since our last piercing or tattoo, so we weren’t eligible to donate until December 2015. Plasma donation is a wonderful thing, and people definitely benefit from it. We might have just had a bad experience, but I have heard other horror stories about this place from the locals. If I could give no stars, I would, but they get a star for the most random $ 20 ever.
