Turner Home Theater and Automation

It’s a yin/​yang kind of thing we’re talking here. The owner/​tech guy is extremely knowledgable and does impeccable work with precision, neatness and cosmetically perfect installation. His expertise is beyond question.
But that’s where it begins and ends.
I spent thousands of dollars on outfitting my new home with a wonderful home theater Sonos sound system in every room, plus the highest state of the art television, as well as, and including a DVD player and Apple TV system. He hooked everything up perfectly, I paid cash for the expected exemplary work and now it is like trying to get an audience with the Pope to get tech support and any kind of help when things go wrong– as they so often do with hi-​tech devices.
I have had several problems with my equipment recently and haven’t heard back from him in months.

The owner of this business is very unprofessional. Also this business does not have the required contractor’s license to conduct this type of business in Hawaii therefore is in violation of the Dept of Commerce and Consumer Affairs licensing laws. I don’t recommend doing any kind of business with these people.
