Everyone should try the SNS nail system. It is the absolute bomb! In the past I have tried acrylic and gel but this SNS system is the best thing that has happened to my nails. No lifting and I can go 3 to 4 weeks before I need a fill. I continue to love everything about this place!

SAVEYOURMONEY After reading many bad reviews, I decided to give this nail shop the benefit of the doubt. I will admit, the customer service was good. They give you a mini water bottle and hang your purse up for you. However, my friend and I were the only ones in the salon and our manicures were completely rushed. It literally looks like an eight year old painted my nails. The polish doesn’t even come close to covering each of my nail. I was told it would be $ 50, but coincidentally was told it was $ 60 when my friend and I both complained. Scam artists.

Sad experience today. We called to make 2 mani-pedi appts. A nice man kindly took our appt for same day. After my feet were almost polish-ready and my daughters feet had turned wrinkly because they were still soaking, a woman on the run came to do the paint job… no base or top coat, so BAM! 2 minutes. And she went back to the woman she was gelling up at another table. The man who’d prepped my feet was working on my girl. Then I realized it was only the two of them! And they’d taken in 2 other girls for full nail sets while we sat there! We paid and left… no time to wait for our manis. So 1 star for an unpleasant and not so pretty job… an extra star for their entrepreneurialism.

The owner is really nice and the nail salon is pretty clean. I haven’t been to their new location is still in the same complex. My experience when I went here was good but it is a wait if you didn’t book an appointment. I came here to get acrylics before and I wanted stiletto or coffin nails but the nail lady insisted to get those short boxy acrylic nails(totally not my style). She kept insisting to get shorter acrylics so I got it cause I felt pressured. Idk, maybe she’s not good at doing stiletto or coffin acrylics so that’s why she insisted shorter nails. Personally, I think if a customer comes into a nail salon asking for a certain shape of acrylics, there shouldn’t be any suggestions against it… I also think this place is a bit too over priced compared to other nail salons in Pullman who do a similar job.

I came here at 5:30pm on a weekday and there was only one other person besides me. There was a man and a woman staff. I only did a gel removal(I’m doing a medical test in a few weeks) but they were very friendly and welcoming. The guy did the first half of my removal and the lady did the second half(after soaking). The guy was kinda quiet but nice. The lady was sociable to both myself and the other customer. They weren’t yelling at/gossiping with each other while doing our nails and focused on their clients, unlike other places. The guy was hand-cleaning the pedicure machines while the lady was removing my gel, which was nice to see. The machines look a little dated but they have disposable plastic liners in the foot area. The space is decent but I would call to make an appointment, as I can see how it could get busy dying peak hours. There aren’t any strong smells here and it seems clean and bright. I was surprised to find that the gel remover smelled good… my nails smelled like strawberries even after I returned home! I was surprised that they also filed my nails and put a hot towel on my hands… I was expecting them to do a bare-bones gel removal. It’s cash only and there is an ATM machine but it looks a little old… not sure how reliable it is. I would just plan ahead and withdraw from another ATM/bank(there’s a credit union with drive-thru ATMs next to Walmart). I will be back when I can get my nails done to see how the service is for actual nail services.

Love the costomer service! Prices are high and quality of my full set was terrible. Have nails falling off at my one week mark.

(Before i begin, my original post some how got deleted. however my pictures are still on here. the really bad pink gel pictues.) First of all, if I could I would rate this place 0 stars. My mom came to visit me and wanted to take me somewhere nice before I started school. We decided we wanted to get our nails done and happened to find this place. We saw it had a 4 star rating online, but should of paid more attention to the negative reviews. I have no idea how this place is still in business and has so many stars. When we arrived they did the usual, got things ready, and told us to get our colors. When they started things just went south. They didn’t even due the bare minimum. They actually rushed through that!!! Regardless of what we asked and paid for. The lady spent no time on the actual spa treatment and didn’t treat my hands like any other nail salon would of. She didn’t get all the cuticles, left a ton of dirt under my nails, and just painted over it.(She was too busy walking around the salon, talking to the other people, and changing the tv channels.) In all, she spent less than 10 minutes on my hands and still charged us full price. The lady was already done with my nails before the guy started on my mom. It was actually peeling off before I even got my toes done!!! I even paid extra for the gel. When I wanted them to do my toenails, I didn’t like the color and asked if they had anything else. The lady didn’t want to help in anyway and just kept telling us where the polish was.(even though we already knew that.) I had to get out of the pedi chair with the spacers in my toes and walk over and try and find what I wanted. The lady decided it was her time to take a little break and walk around some more before I gave up and just wanted to leave. My mom had only gotten her toenails done and paid for the spa treatment and they did almost nothing to her. They only put on one coat and didn’t even put a top coat on to help seal it. My mom actually had to ask them to fix one because they lady completely missed a section of the nail. The lady wasn’t happy about having to fix it. When my mom and i were just far beyond done worth this place we wanted to pay and leave. The lady then informs us that we owe her $ 75 for her piece of crap job. When I confronted her she became extremely defensive and actually had the guts to tell me I should probably see a doctor about my nails. Not to mention she had to make the who issue a bigger scene than it needed to be. She clearly doesn’t know how to remove cuticles. she actually tried to sand them away! Gosh, I would rather pay someone else $ 75 to remove the job they did. Needless to say I wouldn’t trust them worth my eyebrows.

Prayers answered! Nail Art Salon has expanded into a new and improved location. Yes, they are in the same complex as before, but the new salon has two banks of pedicure chairs. Clearly, business is booming at Nail Art Salon. Better call and make an appointment, because this salon is in high demand.

I hate this place! It is tiny and nothing special, but they charge $ 35 for a pedicure! My toe got infected the day after I got the pedicure! Plus the lady tried to charge me $ 120 for a brazilian that they advertise for $ 40! I asked for the standard brazilian and my hair was trimmed to ¼″. The lady was totally insulting!

I freaking love this salon. I bite my nails and so I have been getting acrylics. They are wonderful and thin. I have gotten both clear tips with polish as well as white tips. She is great at listening to what I want and also helping me to decide what would look nice in my small nails. She is also fantastic at listening to the length I want and making it happen. She’s so nice and I have been ruined from going anywhere else. I would highly recommend this salon for any of your needs. I will forever be a loyal customer!!!

After seeing the mixed reviews with more people leaning towards this place being excellent, I went ahead and gave this place a try. I’m not sure if other people working there are better, or what, but the lady that did mine was not very good. I will post pictures of my mani. The lady kept leaving for long periods of time without saying anything to me, which was rude. I paid $ 67 total. $ 35 for a full set of acrylics, $ 15 for a coral colored french tip shellac, $ 10 for a design on two fingers, and $ 7 for a gold stripe above the French mani tip. The gold stripes do not look nice, and the bow looks even worse. I showed her a picture of a bow on pinterest and asked her if she could do it like that, she said yes. But the bow isn’t the same at all, and it is messed up on one hand. Some people on the reviews here said that they got complex pinterest designs done perfectly. That was not my experience at all. I feel that I could have done a better job, and maybe I should have, except I don’t have the supplies for acrylics and I just felt like pampering myself.

Nail Art Spa is both professional and good quality! I have gone here twice with fabulous treatment and service. I am pleased to say that I have recommended this place to my friends and will return myself whenever I need a new manicure :) So happy that I found this place! I received a gel nail polish(shellac) french manicure that cost me $ 30. The women who helped me was meticulous and my nails look perfect! In my manicure, there were no holes in the gel and she did 2 layers of my desired color and did no skimp on any aspects. I come here every time I want to treat myself :)

The owners were very nice and put on a good appearance of valuing customer satisfaction but the quality of work was far from nice. I booked an appointment for 2 manicures and both of us were in and out of there in less than 1 hour; that includes 10 minutes of waiting while the previous appointment was being finished. I got a gel polish manicure($ 25) and I was very disappointed with the results, there were«holes» in the coat of nail polish so you could see my natural nail underneath. Additionally the coat is not very thick so you can see my nail underneath. I would not recommend this place and I do not plan on returning.

My daughter and I had booked appts for pedis. There was a wait. When we were seated, they didn’t have any hot water to soak in. The massage was more like a short rub. They didn’t use an undercoat and only applied a top coat when I asked. The paraffin wasn’t a dip but a slosh in bags. We were baffled coming from the westside. AND the kicker? ! It was 35 for getting our feet washed and painted. They were nice, but not the quality we expected. We won’t be back.

After reading the reviews I decided to book an appt for 4 girls to have manicures done for our event saturday night. We were looking for some time to kill while the guys would be golfing during the day and thought nails would be a good way to kill time. I am glad I called and made an appointment because this place was TINY! They had 2 pedicure tubs with chairs and 2 manicure desks and they had no where to sit and wait. 2 of the girls sat in the pedicure chairs for their manicures while I sat with the other girl got our nails done. Definitely not what I was expecting, they may of had more chairs in the side room but I couldn’t tell. I felt bad but the older lady that works there which I am guessing is the mom was shaking really bad and was having a hard time painting my friends nails. The other lady had to redo them and you could tell that this was not an uncommon thing as she was trying to cover for her. My manicure lastest all of 15 minutes, barely trimmed and scraped my cuticles and rubbed my hands with lotion for like 30 seconds… Meanwhile other ladies were calling on the phone and walking into the store and you could just tell that they were more concerned with turnaround time than the 4 paying customers in the shop. All in all we paid $ 15 for a manicure which is not too bad and luckily I had the good lady. My nails looked O.K. I give them 2 stars because they were nice and tried to make conversation with you and gave you a small bottle of water. NOTE: CASHORCHECKONLY! And the ATM machine in the shop was broken. If my friends didnt have cash then we would have been SOL.

I called this salon for a same day appointment and they got me in right away. The owners were very attentive, got me a cold water without me even asking, told me up front how much it would cost($ 15 for a color change) and the nail artist did my nails exactly how I wanted with two coats of clear gloss on top. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! They were fast, courteous and my nails look fantastic. I will definitely return, it was a very good experience!
