I manage a rental property in Pullman and called in yesterday for a furnace repair. Don had his tech out there so fast I couldn’t even believe it. The resident of the apartment said the service tech was extremely kind and got the repair made quickly. I was very impressed with the fast service and great communication by Pullman Heating and Electric. They will continue to get our business!

Beware!
I called Pullman Heating to repair my Fujitsu AC unit. The owner came to run a diagnostic and see why the unit wasn’t working properly.
He took apart the unit and left. Leaving all the screws, face plate, and parts on the ground overnight and throughout the next day. There was no communication whatsoever. he just left leaving the equipment exposed in a parking lot.
When questioned about why the unit was left in this condition the owner lied and said he had come back to put the unit back together. I hired another company to put the equipment back together and photographed with a date stamp the pieces lying on the ground.
This company is not trustworthy
