Seriously? I was supposed to have a battery changed out between the hours of noon and 5. That meant leaving work early and loosing money. I had two calls to confirm that I was going to be here. It is now 5:16 and NO ONE has shown or called to say when they would be here. The only answer I got from the company was «oh, they must have experienced a delay.» Ya think???
Nothing more frustrating than waiting for Godot… or ADT.

I’ve been a Customer of ADT for 25 Years in three different Counties.
THE PULSE SYSTEM IS A JOKE!
Prepare Yourself To spend Some $$$ on Hard Wire (call it land line).
The Pulse Sounds Marvelous. And what A Deal (lol). FORGET ABOUT IT.
What the HECK!!! Is going ON! With Communication. So Far 5 Techs have shown up for what is a simple In and OUT JOB.
The Supposedly, GREAT NEW WI-​FI. They Advertise.
Welllll…Better think again.
***They Do Not «„„TELL U““» that in places like Lakewood Ranch, Fl. Reception With Wireless Is Ridiculous.
ADT switched their «TROUBLESOME» Wireless Cards in the Panels. From ATNT to VERIZON (from personal experience ATNT Service will frustrate you. Drive you to Therapy.
Do your Homework WITH OTHER COMPANIES. It is terrible that this is what ADT has come to after so many years, of a Good Reputation, etc.
They purchased Brinks. Welll… The Service Tech that came here today wasted Almost 2 Hours.
FYI: Nothing Was Accomplished Today:-(((
Take your Pick. For YOUR CONVENIENCE. WOULD U LIKE YOUR APPT. for 8−12pm OR 12−5pm???
I’m sure most of us Have 4 HOURS TO WASTE and GET NOTHING ACCOMPLISHED.

AMONG the WORST security TECH’s in the WORLD ! I haven’t had the service but a week and in that week it has worked MAYBE one day the proper way ! They have replaced the whole system Twice now and today it will not arm using the internet or my phone. The Tech’s are all idiots to put it bluntly ! Now there saying it there SERVER that is acting up, why pay for something that doesn’t work, I’m losing the whole thing this week ! DON’T BUY THE PULSE SYSTEM it’s a piece of CRAP ! ! !
