Amazing service from this company. I had been struggling to get the manufacturer of my pool heater to come and service it, they wanted payment up front to come out and when they finally did come they told me I needed a new compressor for $ 1500. The next day a friend told me about Done Right, I called at 12:10pm. By 3pm, even though I was not home, the heater was fixed for $ 185 and has been working perfectly for the last 10 days! Now that is what I call amazing service. I shared my experience with my pool supply store in Punta Gorda and they said that is where they would have sent me. Thank you Done Right, you done it right!

I am extremely impressed with Done Right Pool Heating company. Even the receptionist LaDonna is so knowledgeable and friendly.
I had previously been in touch with Drips N Puddles (another company), and they had diagnosed that I should replace my heat pump all together as it had gone bad. They quoted $ 4000+ to come repair it.
After doing some research, I found Done Right Pool Heating company. I liked the fact that they are not motivated to sell a new system because they don’t sell new systems. They simply repair existing systems and if a new system is needed they put you in touch with the right group that can take care of you. Also they felt that $ 4000+ to replace a Heat Pump heater was way too much.
They sent the technician to my home in Florida in matter of hours and quickly found that some $ 60 sensor had gone bad. With less than $ 150 I had the unit back up and running.
I would highly recommend Done Right Pool Heating & AC company. I will also be saving their information in my phone permanently for all my future needs!
