Golden Corral

Not bad — a little bit of something for everyone. Both the buffet, dining, and bathrooms were ok. Parents were happy with their choices.

I don’t know what’s up with the bad reviews, but I must say, great buffet for the price! The staff was friendly, the place was no dirtier than any other restaurant (thank the patrons for that, especially at a buffet). Everytime I sat back down there was a drink waiting for me and my table was cleaned and cleared. Place is busy so the food was constantly fresh. I recommend the fried shrimp and salad bar. Next time I’m in town I will be going back for sure.

I go here fairly frequently. It is a buffet so if you want someplace fancy you are out of luck, the décor is plain and simple for heavy usage. The food is decent and the staff are frequently changing out trays so it is not old. On the weekends they have a breakfast bar, custom made omelets and choices of fruit juices. I have for the most part had friendly, very pleasant and helpful staff. There is counter space in front of the food to set your plate on while serving yourself. Yeah there are sometimes kids running around but that is consistent with kids everywhere nowadays. I have never seen the place dirty and that includes the ladies room. The carpet, well when you have a lot of kids dining in then there are going to be accidents to stain carpets, I’ve seen a lot of them. All in all a very good place to stop in for a meal.

The food is typical however this restaurant needs a serious cleaning. The carpet is gross and the bathrooms are not something you want to visit and then eat again.

Ok, I would give it a half a star if I could. Disgusting — from walking in with my 95 year dad who had to go back and forth with his walker to get up to register to the rude young man handling the cashier position. This place was filthy, I don’t think they could of fit one more table in there (so crowded you can’t walk), bathrooms were awful and whole place dirty — my shoes stuck to the floor in front of food area. When you try to get your food there isn’t even room to put a plate down to get the so so food!!! No waitress to refill coffee, clean plates, or anything till it was time to leave and she was hoping for a tip. Also, the people that were eating just let their children run wild, all over the place and they hung out in the restroom terrorizing little old ladies. Felt like I had to come home and take a bath in Germ-​X!!! Never again.

we like a good buffet on Sunday mornings. This certainly fits the bill. The service is wonderful and the food is plentiful. We’ll definitely keep coming here on weekends. It’s also a plus that we get to see the beautiful sunrise on the way to the chocolate buffet!

Buffet!!! Need I say more. This place was awesome. I’m obviously a fan of buffets but everything I ate here was great. And it was American food not mostly Chinese like every other buffet. And the prices were great fed my family of 6 for $ 50. So good I went back for lunch the next day after the beach. Love it.

For buffet restaurant not many people would know that the food mostly is prepared fresh. They were slicing Teriyaki Sirloin on bar, it was great. Had button mushrooms and onions available. Chicken good, salad fresh. Only semi clean and staff not really too friendly. They actually used to have great service when they practiced 9 steps to waitress service which included complimentary coffee. I think service staff at all Golden Corral ’ s have basically given up on trying to provide service and are really just bus people.

Well I usually love Golden Corral but this visit I got sick. Had the fried chicken and I think a piece was bad. Just didnt taste right. Up all night with an upset stomach and waiting to vomit. Never again will I come back here.

You don’t go to places like this expecting fancy décor –our least you shouldn’t! inexpensive food with a lot of choices is what it is all about and it fulfills that role. I go there for lunch once in awhile and think that it is great for what it is. If you had nothing but the salad bar and soup it would be a good deal and less than eating at a fast food joint.
Rate for what it is and it is a good deal. No charge for drinks for seniors.

the commercials aren’t that true regarding price. If you want the true deal, don’t get a beverage, as they are like 3 bucks each (for a coke).
For two, it wound up being about 30 bucks.
which isn’t a deal unless you can eat and eat and eat until you are ready to be sick, throw up and then eat more.
