Harbor Towing

Waited over 2 hours for AAA service! They are .9 miles from me… I don’t know who’s to blame them or AAA

My car broke down near four winds marina on pine island early Sunday morning Valentine’s Day. Called aaa and requested a tow. We were told that a towing company was dispatched and would be contacting us. We waited 40 min and no call. I called Jamie’s towing that aaa said would be towing and they were not contacted. Called back aaa and they said Harbor towing would be servicing us. The tow driver, Ryan, contacted us and verified on his way from Punta Gorda. Ryan was extremely professional and accommodated the tow. He dropped the car off at the Leading Edge Auto Service in Cape Coral, (I highly recommend you see my review on Unilocal for Leading Edge if u need service for your car), and transported my wife and I back to our condo. Ryan did a fantastic job and saved our Valentine’s Day. Thank you again Ryan!

We needed a rental car towed, Seth was careful with the vehicle, as well as extremely friendly. Price was fair considering the vehicle had to go on the flatbed.
