Excellent customer service! They sold me all the parts I needed to rebuild the power top on my 67 Oldsmobile at a very reasonable price… and actually took the time to pretty much walk me through the installation. I made 3 calls to their service tech (sorry, I forgot his name) and each time he answered all my questions clearly, and took the time to make sure I got it… he never making me feel rushed. Great business to deal with… good, old fashioned customer service that is rare these days!

Hydro-​E-​Lectric is and will be an integral part of rebuilding and restoring any classic convertible, and they are always on the ball. Erika and Amanda are really great here, and take care of me whenever I need anything.
They hooked up the convertible latch on my Classic Cadillac Convertible with great care, and got the package to me in a jiffy, even during the Christmas rush.
Quality OEM products that will last a lifetime with proper care at a good price. Ask for shipping quotes for different methods, found that for $ 2 or $ 3 more, I could get my package in 2 – 3 days vs. 1 week.
