Our family have been Hartford loyalists for 50 years. That is until a month ago. We received the annual premiums and I made a courtesy call to make sure the profile data was correct and to advise that two vehicles were strictly leisure. Guess what? They turned around and raised our premiums instead of lowering them and then had the gall to ask me if «they could count on us for our business». I think not. So we started shopping for quotes. On my way out of the gym, I saw one of Andy’s vehicles with the his mug shot and phone number parked in the lot. Nothing ventured, nothing gained. I called him. What a pleasant surprise. A real human being to talk with and someone who did not talk down to me. We discussed all the options for vehicles and residences. Apples for Apples, Andy was able to save our family over a $ 1,000.00!!! The paperwork was processed promptly and painlessly. He even came by the house to say thank you. I kick myself for not having explored options earlier. If you have been sitting on your laurels like I was, don’t. Make a phone call. It could save you money. I am thrilled to be able to commend Andy for his professionalism and help. Keep it up. The rest of the world’s service industries can learn from him to understand the definition of customer service!
