Loudoun Collision Center

My car was in a hit and run recently and our insurance company recommended Loudoun Collision. We took my car there to get fixed and they did an amazing job! The staff was helpful and friendly and turn around time was very quick. I couldnt be happier. I would recommend them to anyone and would absolutely go back if I ever needed to! The work they did was flawless :)

I found Loudoun Collision on line after reading customer reviews of the insurance company’s approved repair shops around Leesburg, VA, which all had had online complaints. So I chose Loudoun Collision to repair $ 9,000 worth of damage to my Volvo. This was a very complex repair and the quality of the work was excellent. The car looked as good as new with no visible indication that it had ever even been repaired. The paint work was a perfect match. The work was completed a week early. The owner and staff were very nice and went out of their way to assure me that they would treat the car like their own, which it’s clear that they did.

My car was rear ended and I was fearful of taking it to a body shop that didn’t have excellent painters. I am very particular about this car; it doesn’t even come out in the winter time once the salt hits the road.
Chris assured me that LCC can do paint and I would be fine going there. I have to say, from the time I went to get the estimate, I knew I was going to be happy. I worked with Bob Simpson, who was very thorough in compiling the estimate and explaining their role in the claim process. He took a number of photos, crawled under the car to get additional photos, and completed a helluva lotta forms.
I dropped the car off and was kept abreast of everything by Skip, who is the owner (I didn’t know it at the time, since he didn’t introduce himself that way). When I went to pick it up, I did the standard inspection and walk around to see if there was anything that looked mismatched. I did this for a good five minutes and couldn’t find a flaw. They were even nice enough to buff out a scratch I placed on the car while backing my road bike out of the garage.
These guys are awesome, and if you value a good paint job, outstanding service, and very clean body work, you’ll gladly make the drive to Purceville. It was well worth it for me!
