Bud and his assistant do a great job of cleaning the pet stains from my parents’ carpeting. He is always on time and is very patient with my elderly father who hovers.

Great flooring company! We have used them several times and they never disappoint.
The technicians are miracle workers, after my dog ate the carpet in an apt they were able to find a march and repair saved me from having to pay to re carpet the place.
New house new carpet all over — loved it.
Basement flooded need new carpet again we went in and had new carpet in less than a week!

Had always had lot of problems with the basement floor, and they came in on a recommendation from a commercial manager to resolve the issue.
New laminate put down and the issue re-​appeared. Loudoun Valley Floors hung with me through several months, we finally discovered the issue and put the whole thing to rest. They were awesome throughout the process.
Bottom line — these are good, fair people and they will take care of you. You should absolutely call them for your next flooring adventure. I know I will.

Great experience using Loudoun Valley Floors. They were helpful in helping us pick the carpet that was best for us. They have a huge selection so it was nice to have someone help us narrow down what was best for us based on our needs. Price was right and they got our order in quickly and were prompt in getting it installed. Everyone including the installers were very professional.
Ask for Craig T. Lee, he was a great salesman.

I hired them to steam clean my sofa. The man who came was prompt, polite, and quiet. He did a great job and the sofa was nearly like new afterward (and it’s a really, really old sofa). He also managed to do it in less time than he said it would take. I would definitely recommend and have friends who have been happy with their services as well.
