I had my wedding invitations printed here after my sister-​in-​law had hers printed here successfully. So, while I can tell you her experience was positive, mine was not.
Mr. Print couldn’t deliver what they promised, then when pressed why not, I was spoken to so incredibly rudely by the owner, I was holding back tears. Luckily, Debbie works there, and she got on the phone to apologize for the owner’s behavior. Her efforts didn’t go unnoticed.
So, that was my experience. Everyone has bad days. Maybe the owner was having a bad day, and he lashed out. But brides beware because that was the last thing I needed seven weeks out from my wedding (did I mention he threatened to throw away all my invitations?)

I had my wedding invitations, which were designed by a friend, printed here; mainly because I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of an online retailer. I felt that the process would be easier if I could communicate with a real person and tell them what I wanted. Well, I was right — Debbie at Mr. Print helped me through the process of getting the invites printed, had a free proof done for me, and was happy to accomodate my needs. Turnaround time was super fast too. If I ever need anything else printed, I will definitely return!
